Is there a simple way to launch a Web page on completion of watching a QuickTime movie?

This can be done with href tracks: <http://www.apple.com/quicktime/tutorials/hreftracks.html>

How to implement it depends upon your authoring software. I've done it with either Electrifier - which is long gone - or Golive.
