The survey isn't biased, other than the fact that Adobe might not show the results if their technologies didn't score highly. The good thing about it is that QuickTime is doing fairly well, it's quite a bit higher than Shockwave, and higher than Real Video. That's not surprising given that every iPod owner is likely to have QuickTime installed.
It also doesn't tell you what version of the software people are using.
