I've added the link and tidied up some other external references.

More important, as per suggestion by Frank Lowney, I've added a column that shows which codecs are read-only versus those that are available for *export* in QT.

I wasn't quite sure about the GSM-, Intel- and Microsoft codecs, so I'd appreciate feedback from anyone more knowledgeable.

I also noticed two new entries in my export dialogue: Windows Media and Macromedia Flash Video (FLV).

Do these appear because I have Flip4Mac and Flash 8 Pro installed?
