David,
Once you've changed the controller, you have to have to go to 'enable tracks"
in the edit menu and disable all tracks except the video. Then export
as an image sequence.

I feel silly for forgetting this...
There is a way to extract the 6 images from a
cubic VR movie but I've
forgotten how. I thought I could use QuickTime
Player Pro and change the
controller to "Movie Controller" and hit the
right arrow key and save the
image... I thought I had done that a few days
ago but for some reason I
can't do it now... hmmm... "Help, I've fallen
and can't get up!" Do any of
you know how to do it?
