How do I make content upload in a certain order?

Is there any way of ensuring that my qtvr movies appear last instead of first on my web site...or is this just a randon thing? Ive got a boat and house tour on my site but the map only appears AFTER the quicktime movie has downloaded..so for a few seconds, new users to the site see nothing very interesting! The funny thing is ..after this page uploads subsequent pages are not a problem because the various gifs etc are in the cache and so upload immediately. I use dreamweaver 4.0. 

SO basically..how can I make web content upload in a certain order??

Any ideas?
