Tags specific to the EMBED element

Anyone got a list of tags that are specific to the EMBED element and should
not be used with the OBJECT element? Just so we are all on the same track or
is PLUGINSPAGE the only one?

One more question. I have always put the TAG in all caps and the value in
lower case. Does it really mater as to the case of the tag/value. My guess
is it makes not difference.
