Hi all, I've succeeded in placing the OBJECT tag in some of my pages and it works perfectly on my win98 IE6.0 test machine. When you load a page containing it you get a dialog box asking permission to install the "QuickTime ActiveX Plugin" (even though it's not an actual plugin). I really didn't want to say "yes" I trust Apple and go ahead and install it because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to remove it later so I could continue testing my pages. The install took about 15 seconds (or so) on a 28 kb modem. Now my QTVRs all work fine. But how do I remove it? I noticed there is a file "qttask.exe" located in Windows\System that was dated at the time of the install. Do I simply delete this file? Thanks for any ideas. Dave
