Anyone know what the windows folks use to do their version of QT Authoring?
My thought is that if there is such a problem getting Mac based panos to play
on windows then why not just make two versions instead one (gulp, dare I say
the word) windows based version, and one Mac based version?
Any info, insight and advice welcomed :-)

That's an excellent question Bill.
I'm quite new to QTVR aswell and
I don't have access to a Mac.

the product you're looking for is "The VRWorx" by VR Toolbox. But the
point is not a Win or a Mac pano - they are all the same, as
QuickTime outputs cross-platform content. As long as you follow the
file name conventions for the OS and the internet, you are OK.
Cheers
