Go back to Flash.
Import the QTVR as the bottom layer.
See how many frames it takes.
Make your Flash animation the same length as the QTVR.
Remember, the Flash will be like a mask filling the playback window. It
won't rotate with the QTVR.
In publish settings, set the QT controller to QTVR.
Publish the movie as a .mov from within Flash.
