Dersch's PTPicker software: Memory?

Dear all friends,

I'm using Prof. Dersch's PTPicker software for stitching two (or more)
fisheye images to equirectangular panoramic image.
Unfortunately I can only use it for small/medium size of images (VGA size).
If I want to use images with bigger size, the second image will not be able
to display.
Does anyone know why? Is there something wrong with the memory?
Please advise me.
