Great point that should sound some alarms at Apple as Object VR has not been updated dramatically since it was introduced. IMO for today's projects we need more flexibility than just a series of bitmaps arranged in columns and rows.


Check out the Nikon D100 object to see what I mean.

The pictures and the vector added information looks great. IMHO the interface feels like the camera spins out of control when you want it to stay still, and stays still when you want to drag it. I'm sure that this is by design and not a limitation of Flash, though. If it behaved more like QTVR in terms of the UI I think the project would gain a lot (just my personal opinion).
