You don't explain how you're "sending" the movie to your partner. Are you making it available at some web server? Have you tried doing that? Are you wrapping the movie in some compressed file like a ZIP file or something like that? How was the movie created (QTVRAS, Stitcher, etc.)? Does it have an extension so Windows can figure it out (use .mov and not .pano or .obj)?
