As the Flash-freak I am I can't sit silent when everyone else writes about
Flash. ;-)

- For your information you have also the alternative to learn (yes, its not
that easy but anyway ((easier than Flash though I've heard))) Adobe
Livemotion, it's the only software you need to make Flash-content, I make
panoramas and VR-objects and animations and the multimedia-interface with
this solely. Can be recommended though it takes much time to learn. (the
only downside with it is is not guaranteed to be maintained, version 2 could
be the last, but noone knows)

"I would agree. In fact all of the Flash objects I've seen seem to be
lacking the intuitive spin control that makes QTVR so nice to use. The
rollover goodies, etc., are nice, but there isn't anything here that
couldn't be done with QTVR and wired sprites in Live Stage Pro. Despite
recent improvements, Live Stage is still a bitch to use and I'd guess
making something like this in Flash isn't easy either. A "new QTVRAS"
or equivalent should include tools for adding this kind of
functionality."
- What do you think about mine spin control? For newbeginners I actually
thinks this is better than QTVR, its easier to quickly understand and
control, but for more experienced user as all here used to QTVR it has not
at all the superiour fluidiness and perspecive correction QT has.
Look here for flashVR-objects and panos and the big castle VR-object (that
is made to not spin smooth):

And here to see my latest two panos made with the latest Livemotion version
2, everything else before was made with version 1, they shall spin a little
more fluid I hope:
