He is using a PC and I am sending from a Mac but I do not see why that
should
be causing a problem. As this has only happened since he upgraded to QT6.1
it must be related to that, but I have no idea what it is - any suggestions
anyone?
Ok - I am sending the file as an attachment to an email using Entourage. It
was created in QTRVAS and is not zipped or anything else. It was suffixed
.pano and I have changed that to .mov but the problem still occurs. The
point is - I have previously sent it as a .pano file and there was no
problem in opening it or with duplicate files but after the upgrade to QT6.1
there is. I have also just been told that another recipient of a file sent
in the same way is getting the error report - file unsafe to open -. He is
also using a PC. I accept that this may be related to not using the suffix
.mov but do not know which version of Windows that he is using or if it is
different from my partners set up.
