Man, this sound like a great use for a spiral VR.
Just stitch your pano source picts side by side
horizontally and create a VR that is greater than 360
degrees. degrees=360xn (where n is the number of
panos)
Some software can't create VR's more than 360
horizontal, but some do...
I've seen day/night VR's like this before..
You make a full 360 turn, then you see the next pano
start it's turn. I wouldn't do more than three
side-by-side because you have to pass through one to
see the other and navigating between them would take
forever...
