Re:Experience with Customers using Quicktime....



very interesting thread about the future of Java and how it relates to our VR delivery.

does this mean we should seriously consider stop delivering our VR tours with
PTViewer (and the like), because sooner or later, most people will not be able
view them anymore? It looks like Quicktime will surpass Java in end user compatability
in another year. Delivering in Shockwave increases your viewership a little. Flash is the
Holy Grail for VR delivery. has anyone tried http://www.qtvr2flash.com/ ? its a bit pricey, but
does it work well? what are its limitations?
