Hotspot - Display box and Text label

Hello,
I'd like to display a rectangle around a QTVR hotspot upon mouse-over, and also display a text label (in the VR window next to the rectangle) for the hot-spot item. The hotspots are only to highlight important items and provide a text label for the item. They are not used for navigation to another node.

Is there a way to do this using QTVRAS and Livestage Pro 2.1?
-I know how to make hotspots in QTVRAS, but how do I create and display a rectangle? And can I display text that will display in the QuickTime window?
I have Livestage Pro but haven't ever played around with it. I can't see anything in the documentation that tells me how to display a text message.

Can this be done within QT, or do I need to use iShell or Director to accomplish the text display?
-and would I need to display the text outside of the QT window?
