Hi -

I have been sitting on the sidelines of VR panoramas for a while now and am
ready to take the plunge. I would like to get your recommendations on which
VR tripod head to buy.

I need a tripod head that can hold a Nikon D70 with a 18-70mm and be able to
shoot cylindrical as well as spherical panos. So far I have been researched
the Mafrotto 303SPH MULTI ROW PAN head and the Mafrotto 03 QTVR PLUS head as
well as the Kaidan QUICKPAN III SYSTEM Rotator Base with Pro Bracket
Configuration. Does anyone know a reason to buy one over the other?
