I tried tried the example you posted to the qtvr list and noticed that
while things worked well when "Woody" was at his original position, he
wandered when he was positioned at a higher tilt angle. For example, if
I set the SpritePan to 55 and the SpriteTilt to 47, he climbed to the
top of the building and back down as you panned him from one side to
the other. I assume this wasn't your intent.
I have corrected the problem. Please try latest one.

Problem was in "update" event, and here I used too much simplified
difinition for sprite corners (this works with only sprite on Z axis).
