I don't know if the folks at PTGui have noticed, but both PTMac and Stitcher *enable* the use of fisheye images in their trial versions, so at least I can test those applications out before buying...

Thanks for the replies here & off-list... Sorry if I'm a bit disjointed, but I get a digest of the list.

Most importantly, thanks for the link to the Google group re: beta testing. I wish Joost had given me that URL!

I'm going to attempt to just remove the most egregiously placed control points (thanks Bob!), reoptimize, and see how that works.

After that, I'll try Ian's tip... The first time I changed the setting from circular to full frame, I got way WACKY results. Now that I have Roger's bundle in place, I'll try again.

Will keep you posted -- PTGui is very promising.
