On Ptgui I could NOT make it work ...

Is it possible you didn't have the PanoTools bundle installed for PTGUI? I can't imagine a situation where PTMac could do a good stitch and PTGUI can't.

The universal binary of an unlimited FOV version of PanoTools bundle is available here:

Just put the PanoTools.bundle file in the same directory as the PTGUI app.

Anyway, use what works! But when you get it all sorted, PTGUI is well worth a look since it sounds like you'll be wanting to upgrade your stitching process soon.

Best,

Roger
