IPIX Photographers after IPIX -- Online Chat 3 September 2006

The IVRPA, International VR Photography Association, invites all photographers who are currently using
IPIX gear in their work (especially real estate photographers) as well as other photographers employing IPIX gear
to participate in an online chat Sunday, 3 September 2006.

With the closing of IPIX, many photographers are now wondering if they need to replace their IPIX equipment ,
how they can convert/preserve IPIX images, and whether suitable hardware/software options exist for their
workflow. Over the years, millions of IPIX images have been shoot, and IPIX software licenses have expiration dates.

Joining the chat will be several IPIX -aware photographers including:

(1) Susan Johnson, <www.360photoviews.com>, a photographer who has worked with IPIX extensively
and who currently has an IPIX license set to expire early next year.

(2) Scott Highton, <www.vrphotography.com>, a photographer and author, who has worked with IPIX
since the early days,

(3) Hoyle Koontz <www.technipix.com>, who shot IPIX for years, but who switched his workflow away from IPIX last year

(4) Bart Wilson, Chief Marketing Officer, <www.voyager360.com>. Bart's company offers training, resources, and
services for real estate imaging including tour hosting.

(5) Michael Quan, president of the IVRPA.

[IVRPA is not endorsing any products/companies, and all opinions expressed in the chat are the participants.
A chat transcript will be posted on the IVRPA website. IVRPA is conducting this chat as a public service to the VR imaging community.
A second chat, will be set up for European photographers at a later date.]
