I have been using a Flash based menu interface for my QTVR real estate tours for a few years now. I am doing an annual redesign and with the QT player 7.1.3 disabling of Flash content I have decided to ditch the Flash interface. I will go fullscreen with a simple pulldown menu with logos/links at the bottom of the page but I would like to include a sprite controller.
I realize that <x-tad-smaller>Patrick Cheatham </x-tad-smaller>has a prepackaged solution out there but I would like to attempt to create my own. Any suggestions on taking a first step would be appreciated - tutorial links, books etc. I have tried LS Pro in the past but that door seems to have now closed (any link to the Flash clash?). I am trying to figure out if Adobe GoLive is an option. Is there any other software that I should be aware of?
As well - since real estate agents seem to be packing Blackberries I should ask if it is possible to display QTVR work on these units?
This Flash dilemma sucks a bit in that after 5 years I finally have people calling me for jobs. Such is life.
