If you are a movie or commercials producer, do you really want to
go all the
way challenging the patents, not knowing what the results will be, but
taking weeks and months of your time or rather pay them some fee?
Remember that a patent only covers the exact description of the patent.
This patent describes a very automatic setup which transfers the
images automatically and creates the movie.
If you take 50 cameras with 50 cards and does that manually you do
not challenge the patent.
You can easy trigger 50 cameras with a simple radiocontrol or
probably using a standard infrared remote.
