If I understand what you want, the tool is under "QTVR Tools",
called QTVR Make Panorama 2
Unfortunately QTVR Make Panorama 2 is only OS9.
There is no Cylindric standalone converter for OSX.
VRWorx is the only way to do cylinders on OSX. RealViz can do them
but to be frank the ones I seen have several problems.
I can not understand why it should be so difficult to do a simple
tool for this.
Converting to cubics is not the best way always.
So please all software developers, DO IT.
