I haven't looked at LiveStage Pro in awhile. I see it is still in existence. I see that they have some very nice solutions for QTVR, but I have heard rumors that the company is in trouble. http://www.totallyhip.com/livestage.html

Is this still a good product? is it difficult to learn how to use? is it well supported? does it do a lot of cool things with QTVR that no other program does?

how difficult would it be for me to add pop up windows with it, in an object movie with lots of hotspots, AND to link that movie to cubic VRs?

opinions on LIve Strage Pro?

I am using the LiveStagePro for 3 years. I like it, but many other people are saying "it is too difficult". Because it is comparebly closer to programming tool than ordinally authoring tools.

So if you are familier with simple programming tools like HyperCard, it may be easy to start the LiveStagePro. But if you have never used any programming tools or programming languages, it may be difficult.

However, I do not know any other softwares which can edit/program QuickTime data as much as LiveStagePro. So I will use it if development is stopped.

About popup window, the QuickTime does not have it, but you can make it as a "bitmap/text data" in different layers in same QT window.
