I have finally gotten around to trying to employ this wonderful looking solution to my problem (Quicktime no longer allows its hotspots to initiate _javascript_ pop up windows). a couple of months ago Hans Nyberg offered this excellent solution: I just looked at the source code for the window that contains the pano, and the source code for the pop up window that contains the still photo, and I am lost. Primarily because on neither one, do I find the <iframe> </iframe> tags. I also get the impression that there might be a lot of CSS code in there allowing you to drag the image so you can see it all. I don't need that ability. I want my pop up to contain a jpeg with no scroll bars or navigation or status or address bars. I do not want the photo to be drag-able like Hans Nybergs example. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have been authoring websites for many many years and am currently using GoLive 6. But nowadays, when I see so much code, I get lost. I don't understand why there is so much code on Hans's two pages. Chris On May 2, 2007, at 2:31 PM, Hans Nyberg wrote: One way could be this. The hotspots link to a page which opens in a very small iFrame at the bottom of the page. This page is of course same colour as the panorama page. It contains only a _javascript_ which opens the popupwindow. Unfortunatelly it does not work if you have popupblocker activated as the sqript is an automatic popup. You also have to have an empty page in the iFrame from the beginning as otherwise the page will make trouble in some browsers .
