| I was looking at the TX on-line last night and am seriously considering getting it today. My only reservation, from the reviews I read, is the Plam OS - which is older than other PDA operating systems and has not been overhauled in a while. I love Palm stuff, but the company seems to have gone through some traumatic changes. Keith suggested the T-Mobile Ameo, which also looks interesting but doesn't appear to be available in the U.S. Ideally, I'd love to be able to play Flash content on the PDA I purchase, as well as one or other of the current VR viewers -Kinoma Player (for Palm) or Immervision's Pure Player for Windows based PDA's. I also remember some posts (not sure if it was the QTVR list or the Pano Tools NG list) that mentioned mini computers - these were full windows boxes that could almost fit into ones hand. I image those are pretty expensive - but maybe useful in the field. If any one knows of such devices, or the posts that mentioned them, I would be much obliged. Pete.
