Re: QTVR color display problem on Windows

The panos are stitched with PTGui and rendered as QTVR with the Apple QTVR Studio Panorama Maker at 900x600. From what we've seen here the problem appears worse with Firefox on Windows than it does with Explorer.  On Mac it displays very well using Safari, Explorer, Firefox & Netscape....

Any clues what might be going on here? Your comments are very much appreciated

Your Windows machines are probably set to 16 bit.
Very common for  windows machines.
My current stats at panoramas.dk for last week say 6% still have it.

It may help setting the flag for HQ in the QTVR movie.

I believe it still can be done in Quicktime pro.
I have an old article here about it but it is not updated to todays Quicktime pro. Interface is different now.
