You probably don't want to hear this, but a similar render using
PTGui on a near-identical machines takes less than half the time... ;-)
7200 x 3600, 6+1 shots with a 15mm fisheye on a 5D (larger source
images).
Render to PSD, blended version plus unblended layers, interpolation
bicubic normal.
2X2GHz G5 w. 4GB RAM, 10.4.8.
