New again

I am recently doing QTVRs again. Haven't done them for a while, but really impressed with some of the new software around, as well as the better digital cameras. I am using a Canon 5D with a 15mm Fisheye, PTMac, CubicConverter and Cubic Connector. 

My question is, how do you make the full screen QTVRs that I am seeing. I know I can take the images high enough quality, but don't know what kind of setting I need to use in PTMac or the other software, or in the HTML to display it. Is there a tutorial somewhere that explains it?
