Yesterday, I have done first basic test with 105mm lens, by modifing current my system for 15mm lens. Since this is rough test, the result has many problems yet, but I could get good experience and much ideas from the test.


Also Luca Vascon now try to stitch the pictures with his PTGUI. If you want to try it, feel free to use the pictures.

--- The time required for each steps

1. modify pano head to 105mm, 1 hour
2. shooting 1,152 pictures, 1 hour
3. modify compositing software to 105mm, 6 hours
4. prepare compositing (arrange 1,152 pictures), 6 hours
5. rendering 1,152 pictures, 4 hours
