Nikon 8700 Fisheye Newbie...help needed....

Hello to everyone on the list.

I am new to all of this and have been anxious to learn how to make my first QuickTime VR with my Nikon 8700 and the Nikon Fisheye lens. Can anyone refer me to a tutorial or step by step instructions....considering that I have never done this and have no software yet, except for PhotoShop. I will most likely need a fairly explicit, step by step direction....

I guess the first questions I would have would pertain to 1) other needed equipment and 2) needed software.
