Where was this? Can you tell us more detail? I am doing something similar in my town. I have run into the Mayor in a coffee shop and shown him some of my panos. He seemed to like the idea.

A friend of mine set up a VR tour of his home town and ran into all sorts of trouble with the Mayor who thwarted all attemps to publicize his site.

Just wondered if anyone else has encountered such a problem????
