(Of
course another reason is that Apple is giving iPods away with any
education computer purchase. Good timing for my daughter to be going
to college and needing a laptop!!)
My main question is this. Does anyone know of a way (without hacking)
to be able to store and view VRs on the iPod without having to be
connected to WiFi??

I wonder if there is any way of setting up a local server on an iPod Touch or iPhone, like you can on a Mac? If so, perhaps you could serve them up from there by putting in the correct URL. Anybody know if this is possible?

Ron, you didn't REALLY take the iPod away from your daughter, did you? Oooo, I bet she will hold that one against you 8-)
