Absolutely.
I live in London, and even in this huge city I keep finding places
where the mobile network isn't as strong as it should be for a
reasonable panorama demonstration. Sitting here in my office at
college this morning, a 15 minute stroll away from South Bank and
Waterloo, I tried to show Pangea VR to my Dean, but it wouldn't pull
the list down the first time I tried. Pangea VR is amazing, but for a
serious pitch-oriented portfolio it isn't ideal.
There is in the App Store something called FileMagnet that will
upload any files including folders with the xml and jpgs needed for
PangeaVR but I just don't know what the file paths would be to
access the files in PangeaVR
I wonder... it could be simply a file:/// -style URL. I'll have a go,
although I suspect I'll be fishing blind...
