Now I am thinking about the Flash Panaroma Player and may be the new Pano2VR software which can also export SWF.

That is sweet! although the negative is that straight lines end up curved and the nadir and zenith become quite distorted. The more "rotations" you add the greater these distortions would become. I don't think you could get away with three much less ten rotations.
