the only difficulty with Director and touch screens is about the controls
of interactivity from within Director...
There are lingo events : mousedown, mouseup, ...
and properties like rollover().
With a touchscreen, rollover property doesn't react the same way as with a
mouse, but it reacts.
I've made an touch screen adapation of a Director program including many
QTVR files, previously designed for mouse controls.
And there were only two particularities :
- no difference between mousedown and mouseup (just avoid mousedown OR
mouseup events).
- need to configure the touch screen driver to allow click event (mouseup)
a logical way, the default settings of any touch screen driver allows you
to drag-and-drop your QTVR files properly : just test your files outside
Director and you'll see.
