When I wrote in alarm, I'm sorry that I had made the assumption that the blue cast of the movie was created with a filter. Actually it was a blend. Yes, Ian, disabling or deleting the Flash track reveals the panorama. However, my panoramas with Flash tracks that are straight alpha are OK without disabling or deleting; the Flash tracks simply are transparent with the latest QuickTime. They do not appear. The Flash track in this movie is an alpha blend and the layering is different. It is layer 4. Becoming black is a lot bigger problem than becoming transparent. To restate. Previously I had assumed that the latest QT ignored Flash tracks. Now that I know that the latest QT merely cripples Flash tracks, I have to look at all my old movies with Flash tracks again. Also, I need to check to see if I used alpha blends with any other kinds of tracks in any other movies. In fact, I should check all movies with each QT upgrade to see how they are affected.
