I'm not sure what to think of this, i stumbled about a
review that complained about the terms of use (agreeing to
give adobe the rights to all uploaded images, including
selling for money...). Might be just their way of making
sure they can't be sued, but from what i've read, this is a
bit extreme...
Scroll down to point "8 a. Use of Your Content" to see:
"you grant Adobe a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive,
perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to
use, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly
perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in
part) and to incorporate such Content into other Materials
or works in any format or medium now known or later developed."
Ouch. Not with a ten-foot pole, i won't. This is a bit more
than just "you put photo on our server, we may use photo to
advertise our server with it"...
