Adobe has done it and they are officially now the centre of the
interactive universe. 'As if they we not already'. This is a HUGE
announcement by Adobe and could mean a lot for those interactive QTVR
producers. http://www.adobe.com/openscreenproject/
Adobe has now removed all licensing fees and restrictions for the use
of the SWF and FLV formates. This means that Apple can now
reintegrate Flash into QuickTime but instead of using Flash 5, they
can now use Flash 9.
As a QTVR community we need to raise our voices and encourage Apple to
re-enable flash into QuickTime. For all those developers who can not
show their work, this is your opportunity to get it back. All the
excuses that Apple has put forward in the removal of Flash from
QuickTime are now no longer issues.
