Re: inexpensive vr brackets

Hello Curt,

Could be a nice thing to have your students build their own panoheads. At PanotollsNG wiki you can find some examples of self-made heads, some of them very sophisticated (not what you are asking of course). There is also a VERY cheap and simple head like this one: http://tinyurl.com/6xa4yj (PanotoolsNG message with the addresses) and even cheaper and easier: the Philopod at http://tinyurl.com/ysvn8p

I have seen a basic horizontal camera pano head but I can't find it
now. Does anyone know what it is?

I need to buy several heads but the school won't spend much on an
 elective class.

I have had great success with donations from software manufactures
however hardware producers are more reluctant.

 Please help.

Thanks, Curt
