Several years ago I was shooting an exercise facility and at least 3 of the walls in ever room had mirrors. What I did was to take one of the blue mats that were laying everywhere and as I shoot the scenes I would place the mat so it covered my reflection in the mirror. Everyone was happy with the solution.

Another thing you might consider is to cover only the mirror with white paper and the you could paste any scene onto where the white paper is located. Maybe this will give you some ideas.
