Wow, what a project! There is much to be commended, especially in pulling off such a huge endeavor in the first place. However, clicking on Agadir (and others so far) I found the panos very over saturated on my monitor (calibrated to gamma 2.2, 6500K). While some areas where strangely blown out others were very flat. So, a combination of overly contrasty and overly flat by my eye.That wasn't true of the still images or videos. It rather looks like badly processed HDR. Very sorry to say this, but seriously take another look at the image quality of your VRs on other monitors calibrated to internet standards before releasing this. Image quality is very disturbing from where I sit.

I found it too easy to get lost in the tour despite the overall and detail maps available. I click on an arrow to move, say, down a sidewalk or street and have little/no indication on the map about where I am much less which direction I am looking. Pan around a little and I am totally lost. Perhaps a more "zoomable" map may help? Perhaps add a field of view or at least view direction indicator as well?

This site has real potential, but to me at least, the current execution is not ready for prime time.
