Yeah but with iChat AV you Still need to fire it up on the remote computer,
kinda takes the element of surprise away when your trying to hear what some
evil doers are up to. hee hee At least with the old ARD it worked without
running another program remotely. I think they'll bring it back.

iChat AV doesn't require a camera to work, it will do audio only and
I'm pretty sure it works with any microphone available to the computer
whether it be built-in or plugged-in via the sound-in port, USB or
Firewire. iChat AV makes built-in text and audio chat capabilities in
ARD redundant and I don't expect Apple to ever put them back in ARD.
