Ok, so the remote system is getting the packets. Looks like the remote
system is on a LAN behind a NAT router -- correct? Are you using
port-forwarding on your NAT router?
Also, check on the local system to see if it is receiving the packets
from the remote system. For your tcpdump on the local system, you'll
have to specify the WAN IP of the remote system (192.168.1.2 isn't
going to work)
