I would be curious where the VNC password for ARD is even stored.
That one's easy (since I was just looking for it last week).
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.VNCSettings.txt
Note it's readable by root/wheel only.
If you read the Kickstart script included with ARD, it shows this
file and what permissions it sets on it when modifying that password.
It also indicates you must first encrypt the password before having
Kickstart apply it as Kickstart will only pass your input directly to
the file (does not encrypt). So, if you used Kickstart to pass the
phrase "mypass" to it, the text file would show, in plain text, the
same phrase instead of the encrypted one.
