I know this has been a topic before so I apologize for any duplicates.
I have ARD 2.1 and WAS able at one time to gather reports. It seems as
I add more computers the less likely I am able to get any report from
any system. Right now I'm gathering a basic system report and it's been
"Waiting" for an hour. One of the reasons we upgraded to ARD 2.1 was to
be able to gather system reports. Now I can't even find out what system
software someone has. this is quite ridiculous. Any known fixes? Or
must I wait for Apple to figure this out?
