The command you want is `system_profiler`.

You can get documentation it by running

    $ man system_profiler

For commands that don't have a "man page", you can sometimes add a
"--help" or "-h" to the command itself for brief usage hints:

    $ man sw_vers
    No manual entry for sw_vers
    $ sw_vers -h
    Usage: sw_vers [-productName|-productVersion|-buildVersion]
    $

And then, of course, there's always Google :-)
