I'd just like to know... Is there a way to have one machine have ARD
admin and have our admins remote to it from their machines so they
can use it ? Is it possible to have multiple people using it at the
same time ? If so what would it require ?
There might be a way, but you have to purchase as many copies of ARD
as there are Administrators anyway. Why not just have them use their
own machines?
If you like, you can copy the computer lists between the admin machines...
Refer to the post below regarding licensing; I believe it still applies.

It is not a matter of Apple "liking" you to purchase 10 copies if
you have 10 people using Apple Remote Desktop.
Apple Remote Desktop is licensed per Administrator and you will need
to purchase a license for each Administrator that is going to use
the Remote Desktop Admin application to manage the Macintosh
computers in your organization.
It is that simple.
If there are any further questions on licensing of Apple Remote
Desktop, please reply back directly to email@hidden.
Thanks!
